“Jim. When I read the material at your link, you seem to be saying that I would be responsible for converting the traffic gained to sales.
“I am about ready to hit the button and order the Done For You Traffic program but I need to be clear on exactly what I would need to do after the traffic part is working to get the conversion to sales.”
First off, thank you to Suzanne for contributing this question (and for hitting the button before my reply hehe).
I guess you might be wondering the same thing.

Here’s the thing…
Most marketers are looking for traffic and only traffic.
If there is one thing I can guarantee 100%, it won’t be that you won’t get hit by a bus tomorrow (sorry!)…but it’s that I can get you traffic!
Except all the traffic in the world is meaningless without sales and conversion. Without balancing the “revenue vs cost” equation, there can be no profit.
Without a profit (or at least a break-even), you cannot pay for the same traffic tomorrow as you paid for today, without losing.
And if your traffic has to stop, then so will your sales (usually). I’ll explain a workaround in a minute.
Now what I said may seem obvious, but hardly anyone understands this point enough to reach the LOGICAL conclusion that conversion should ALWAYS be your first and primary focus over traffic.
