can show targeted ads to people based on the keywords they type into the

Pretty cool to be able to target like that, isn’t it?
You could show a single, generic ad about Dog Training if
you want. But chances are you won’t get a lot of searchers clicking over to your site since there are many competing results that may seem more promising to the searcher.
But if you write ads specific to the breed of dog or type of
problem the searcher is trying to solve, then you would get a lot more attention
This is a good idea…as long as you don’t go overboard.
Ads are a maximum of 95 characters long (about 15 words
long). You can whip em up in your sleep.
But what your bud thought he had to do was far more complex!
He was talking about creating multiple individual PAGES at
his website. Entire pages, specific to each breed of dog, and each type of
problem being searched for.
You understand, we’re talking about at least 9 new page variations just for the 3 keyword examples I gave, right?
A high-volume traffic campaign should have HUNDREDS of search
keywords being targeted.
So, not only would it be PAINFUL to create a page for EVERY
keyword, but it’s also a pointless waste of time.
I get that this has been coined as “good practice” by the
traffic geeks of internet marketing…all in the pursuit of relevance and “ad quality”.
And I understand this is NECESSARY to succeed with their laborious traffic
But for me, that’s too much to maintain…too many moving
parts…and far more headache than their dribbles of traffic are worth. I’m not a guy who has time to waste doing dumb stuff like
