Yesterday, when I mentioned we’d put the Internet Business Academy on Clickbank so you guys can make money from reselling it if you want…
a bunch of people from this list went and opted in to THAT list too.
They made me giggle like a schoolgirl!
It’s like every time they see a dirty optin hole, they can’t help but stick their weeny little nasty emails into it. Your email must be like a cesspool of stoned Gooroo gibberish hehe.
Anyway, get this. A few days ago, a dude writes in asking me about which of our amazing consultation products he should get.
So i asked what he needed and made a recommendation. Total 4 or 5 emails to help him decide.
Few minutes later, he bought the consultation ($497) along with the Internet Business Academy ($19.95).
Penny, my faithful and beautiful assistant, whose back is not really hunched, got in touch with him to setup a time for the consultation as she usually does.
The guy, after choosing a date, and in the same breath, in the same email asks for a REFUND for the IBA – Internet Business Academy.
In all its days of existence, the IBA has only had like 3 refunds!
Since we weren’t yet on Clickbank, the refund had to be manually issued through Paypal and manually deleted from the members area.
Look, I’m sorry if times are so hard that $20 is a big deal to you.
But if it were me in his shoes, and money was tight, I’d be more careful about SPENDING it, instead of buying stuff that I regret later and relying on someone else to cover for my mistakes. I hate refund policies and people who ask for them. I don’t offer refunds as a principle.
What kind of a relationship can you start with a consultant who’s job it is to HELP you…when before you speak you slap him in the face, insult his product because it was somehow not up to your impeccable standards?
Contrast this, with another guy recently… who just wanted to “talk”…and sent me a $500 payment without a single email exchange.
What did he want to talk about?
About HIRING YaghiLabs to manage his company’s traffic (ie, he paid to talk about how he can give us more money).
A CLASSY MOVE.
Here’s a man who: a) valued my time enough to pay for it, whether I accepted to work with him or not, and b) knew that a good business relationship should only start with a compliment, not a theft of the other person’s time.
Successful people value TIME and pay for it. Broke people value only MONEY and grub for it.
Here’s how to save your TIME and join the rest of us in success:
