Listing fees are cheap, you practice your copywriting skills, and your risk is low– at least you’ll make your money back.

A. No. Don’t generate leads on FB. There’s little to “like” about a squeeze-page.
People on FB like to “like” stuff — or share what they enjoy with their buddies. Instead, create audience from FB’s PPC with a “reverse-squeeze”:
