i did a jailbreak today…
the weather was too nice to waste in my hospital room. so i took my 3 o’clock IV, wore my plainclothes, and texted my wife.
we live behind the hospital, so i snuck out the back to meet them. off we went for a walk and cold drink at a faraway cafe.
Five hours later, i’m back in my room writing to remind you of the looming deadline to get the Traffic KickStart 2.0 bonus with a Super Traffic Machine subscription.
While sipping our drinks, my 7 year old asked me:
“Dad, how come people don’t come up to us in the street and say hi?”
for a moment, i didn’t get it.
OOOOHHH! he has a YouTube channel where he’s been recording demos of his progress as he codes his own game in C#. and in his mind, now that he’s a “YouTuber”, people in the street should recognise him.
how i got him interested in coding was, in large, due to his bigger interest in being a YouTuber…
…and a parenting strategy i learned from doing Google Ads which i’ve found effective with him.
i call it, “leading from behind”.
this is the fundamental strategy behind Traffic KickStart and how i manage a Google campaign in such a way it gives me what i want–buyers delivered to my website, lots of them, quickly, and for cheap.
with my son, i found i cannot make him interested in what i want him to be interested in. somehow, he ALWAYS does the exact opposite of what i want him to.
instead, i have to let him do his thing, assume his decisions to be random, and i simply watch him…when i see him come close to something useful, i give a GENTLE nudge.
with any luck he runs with it.
for example, i recently gave him a computer.
at first he used it to play games not available on his tablet. but pretty soon, he was looking into hacks and mods for these games.
hacking and modding is no easy feat. it requires some technical skill–programming even. and he knows that i’m the guy to ask about all matters technical.
pretty soon, while researching hacks together, i came across a video showing how some guy made the Among Us game in a day (Adam’s been obsessed with the game for a while)…i put it on the TV without saying anything.
“Baba, can we do that?” he asked.
sure we can. i got him setup with Unity and we worked on it for a few days until he lost interest.
rather than get annoyed and be pushy about it, i left him alone for a few months.
soon i noticed he was trying to build a following on YouTube for his gaming videos. i suggested he shoot a video of his unfinished game and i’d promote it to my followers.
when he got more interaction than he’s used to, he was excited. so i told him if he shoots a new video every time he finishes coding a stage of the game, he could build up his YouTube following quickly…and so on.
you get the idea.
i treat Google the same way as my child. i let it do its thing, i observe it and then i give it a gentle nudge here and there and it does what i want. it’s a powerful frictionless technique.
you can also learn to use this strategy and easily bring to your website people ready and eager to buy your stuff. and it won’t cost an arm and a leg either. it works with an ad budget as low as $5/day…we tested it!
Not only that, i’ll show you how you can get your first $75 of ad spend for free.
and the course itself, is free.
but you can ONLY get this Traffic KickStart bonus with a Super Traffic Machine subscription, and only if you’re subscribed before September 30 which is only FOUR days away.
All the details about Super Traffic Machine and how you can get subscribed appear at the link below…
Don’t forget, if you were PREVIOUSLY subscribed and your subscription lapsed/was cancelled for whatever reason, you’re welcome to reactivate. but you’ll need to talk to me BEFORE the deadline about how to reactivate. and i’ll expect you to remain subscribed long beyond this month because you can’t be picking and choosing which bonuses you want or don’t want.
