I hit my first challenge with the Google Friendly Template today.
I use Office Autopilot for my email list. But the optin widget doesn’t support that.
How can I create an optin form that works with my Office Autopilot service?
Here’s the code Office Autopilot gives when I create a simple optin form with the email address only:
<div class=’moonray_forms moonray_smart_form’><form action=”https://forms.moon-ray.com/v2.4/form_processor.php?” id=”moonray_forms_440″ method=”post” data-captcha=”false”><input type=”hidden” name=”uid” value=”p2c12606f1″ /><input type=”hidden” name=”contact_id” id=”contact_id_440″ value=”” /><input type=”hidden” name=”redirect” value=”http://thankyou.moon-ray.com” /><input type=”hidden” name=”tags” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” name=”sequence” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” name=”owner_” value=”1″ /><input type=”hidden” id=”afft_440″ name=”afft_” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” id=”aff_440″ name=”aff_” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” id=”sess_440″ name=”sess_” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” id=”ref_440″ name=”ref_” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” id=”own_440″ name=”own_” value=”” /><input type=”hidden” id=”oprid_440″ name=”oprid” value=”” />
<fieldset class=”moonray_form_format_labels_inside”><!– EDITABLE PARTS BELOW –><div class=”moonray_form_field_wrapper”><input type=”text” name=”email” value=”E-Mail” label=”E-Mail” class=”moonray_input required text” size=”30″/></div>
</fieldset><input type=”submit” value=”Send Me Free Updates!”><!– EDITABLE ENDS (DO NOT EDIT CONTENTS BELOW)–></form>
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”https://forms.moon-ray.com/v2.4/include/minify/?g=moonrayCSS”><script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://forms.moon-ray.com/v2.4/include/minify/?g=moonrayJS”></script><script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://forms.moon-ray.com/v2.4/include/scripts/moonrayJS/smartform_loader.js?rand=440″></script></div> -

I’ve spent the last 3 days redesigning — and re-writing — my website, using your Google Friendly Theme.
The result is GREAT.
Everything is where it should be. The typography is so easy to read. All the links are in exactly the right place on every page.
I love the result. Thanks so much for creating this!
But there’s just one problem: the optin forms don’t work! So I feel it is urgent to get them integrated with my Office Autopilot, so I can actually capture the email addresses.
Any solution or workaround would be highly appreciated!
Thank you:)

KeymasterHey Robert,
sorry for taking so long to get back to you. can you email me the form code in full to jim@jimyaghi.com and i’ll integrate it into a beta of the theme so you can use it?

Hey Jim,
Any progress on integrating the Ontraport code into the theme?
I was so impressed with your training that I moved the main website of my business over to your Googly theme. But now the opt-in forms aren’t functional since I can’t integrate them with Ontraport.
There are other ways for people to opt in, but I’d love to have all the functionality of the site working.
Please let us know when we can expect to see this!
Many thanks,
Robert

KeymasterRobert,
Jeez, i’m so sorry i didn’t plan for it to take this long to integrate all the autoresponders. i’ve just been all over the place busy these past few weeks. but i’ll dedicate tomorrow to taking care of this and post it to the website for auto-update.
