i get this question a lot…
Super Traffic Machine looks really interesting but can I use it for my own products? I am not interested in affiliate marketing to be honest. I already have a few products built and I am planning to create more… So yeah, is the Super Traffic Machine suitable for someone like me who wants to sell their own products?”
The short answer? No…
But here’s the longer answer…
My definition of “affiliate marketing” is pretty loose. Traditionally, people think of Clickbank, Commission Junction, JVZoo, and other affiliate marketplaces. But that’s a very limited understanding. In reality, the underlying model of all online businesses is some form of affiliate marketing.
I consider ANY kind of business, where you do not personally create the product you’re selling to be affiliate marketing.
Aside from the traditional definition, mine includes (without being limited to), the following:
(1) Network marketing: Here, the product is not your creation, you promote a company’s product as a distributor, and you earn commission from it. The product, its fulfilment, the sales infrastructure, and support are handled by the company.
(2) Joint venture partnerships: Here, a colleague and fellow product creator launches a product and makes a deal with you to promote it to your mailing list / following. You get paid a share for each sale you refer. Most product creators supplement their revenue with lucrative deals of this kind. Again, you are only responsible for referring sales, your partner takes care of the rest. This tends to be one of the main attractions.
(3) Product licensing: Here, you buy the right to a product and are entitled by agreement to sell it under certain conditions. Typically, you are responsible for support and sales infrastructure, and sometimes fulfilment too. Depending on the deal, you might pay a one-time fee, an ongoing fee, or a royalty to the creator.
(4) Private Label Rights (PLR): Here, you white-label someone else’s product, being entitled to claim the product as your own, change its name, branding, and other aspects of it. Usually you buy the rights outright and are responsible for fulfilment and sales infrastructure. You can do this with not just info-products, but it’s extremely common with physical products, for instance, with supplements.
In fact, my definition extends to drop-shipping, retailing, reselling, sponsorships, endorsements, list renting, and advertising.
So there’s very little that doesn’t fit under the “affiliate marketing” label, as far as i’m concerned.
Just like my definition is not traditional, neither is the implementation.
Traditional affiliate marketers take a product-first approach. With my method, i take an audience-first approach.
That’s what makes the Super Traffic Machine training so versatile. We do not lay down disposable infrastructure to a single product. Instead, we build a brand, much like a traditional business would, with enough room to sell a wide range of products that interest us and our audience.
Some of those products will naturally be created by others…while others will be created by you (if you want to do so), and yet others will be a combination of your creation and the creations of others.
For instance, one of our students sells a product of his own and has a license to include, as a bonus, someone else’s book.
Other students sell what is primarily someone else’s product, but add a simple 1-, 2-, or 3-page “glue” they create to bridge the gap between their audience and someone else’s product that isn’t a perfect match to their audience’s needs. Eg, a general dating product, being sold to an audience of stutterers.
Other students bundle multiple products from different vendors together to form a super product of their own.
See, with us, you build your own brand, even if you are selling primarily affiliate products. And this means that the skills you learn are universal to any internet business.
But to be clear, this IS still an affiliate marketing curriculum. The language, the content, the examples are all geared to affiliate marketers.
So if you’re looking for step by step instructions on how to create and sell your own products, this is probably not the course for you.
You’re going to have to be clever about it and intelligently pick and choose how a particular instruction applies to your case. You’re gonna have to map the curriculum from affiliate marketing to selling your own products.
It just happens to also work for people who want to sell their own products. Because the brand building concepts are universal.
So if that sounds good to you, read more about our curriculum at the link below…
HANG ON, HANG ON, HANG ON!
Before you go, keep in mind that if you join the Super Traffic Machine before the end of this month, you’ll get a free video course titled “Infinite Horizontal Scaling”.
Which shows you how to make your website handle an INFINITE traffic load, without your website crashing. You might think “Do I really need this?”
And you’re right. I also hesitated to even build this training, because i know for about 99% of my readers, it will be a cold day in hell when they will see such a spike in their traffic that their website is in danger of crashing. Which is why i’ve classified this as ADVANCED training.
If you’re even half serious about building a business that will make 10k/month, 100k/month, or more, you’re going to need a plan to handle the traffic. Rather than wait for the traffic to crash your server when it comes (and miss out on revenue), you can be prepared for that day from now.
Consider that something as simple as running a Black Friday sale can dramatically impact the performance of your website and you WILL miss sales you should have won.
The “Horizontal Scaling” module will ensure you can handle any amount of traffic thrown at your website. And when it’s got little or no traffic, that it costs nothing. ZERO.
PLUS, you’ll also get a printed manual “High Volume Email Sending” — which shows you how to setup the cheapest, fastest, most reliable email marketing platform no gooroo will tell you about. So you can send as much as 1MM emails/day at a rate of 80/sec. Again, ADVANCED training…something you’re not likely to need today…but you’d have nothing to lose because it’s FREE for upto 65,000 emails/month.
Along with that, you also get the Quick Reference (just the notes, ~14 pages of bullets) from the original Business Command Centre training i did on Jan 31st.
These are killer courses all by themselves, and took several hundred hours of preparation and editing. You get them FREE if you join before March 31st.
That is the absolute final deadline. After this, the only way to get any of these three modules would be to pay me $3,000 which would be idiotic when you have the chance to get them free today.
Join in time here…
