Have you been “Google Spanked”?
Next to Google’s traffic, everything else seems sucky and
slow. But did you know there’s a way to get MORE than enough traffic from Yahoo
and Bing to keep most online businesses very happy?
Check out this subscriber question:
“…I’m not having
problems promoting that specific site on Yahoo Search Marketing… but I do
want to use Google Adwords because of the amount of traffic there…
“Will ‘Get Google
Back Helpline’ service help me? Thanks, Jim…”
Yes it will. But…
Fact is, Google’s traffic is a lot more than you need..so let’s talk about Yahoo Search Marketing (which is now part
of the Bing Ads Network).
Most people think there’s not enough traffic for them on Bing.
But we’ve built hundreds of campaigns for clients
EXCLUSIVELY on Bing search and they’ve had more than enough traffic…to the
point that some of them asked us to SLOW DOWN traffic because they weren’t
selling fast enough!
This year, Bing increased its search market-share to over
17%. (That’s 20 billlion core searches excluding mobile, which is on the rise!)
I would never deny Google has FAR more traffic than does
Bing.
Still though, 20 billlion searches a month–surely you can
find 100 – 500 customers among those. No?
In 2009, that’s exactly what I set out to do!
I was scared out of my mind to experiment with my Google
account…because it was the only traffic method I knew at the time and I wouldn’t
risk losing it.
So I tried to find my 100 – 500 buyers on Yahoo Search
Marketing (before it was acquired by Bing Ads) and that’s the first time the YaghiLabs
Traffic KickStart method was discovered.
**CAUTION THIS GETS TECHNICAL & YOU DON’T NEED TO
UNDERSTAND IT ALL **
Ok, Yahoo and Bing have less people using them than Google.
But why?
They aren’t as intelligent at matching the SEARCH QUERIES from
users … to content from Websites.
Meaning, Bing & Yahoo don’t have a good understanding of
relevance the way that their HUMAN searcher sees it.
For example, on Google, if I search for “dog training
program” then YOU search for “how can I teach my Rottweiler not to bark at
strangers”, Google understands you and I, both, pretty much want the same
thing.
Bing and Yahoo don’t see that.
To them, you and I are looking for COMPLETELY different
stuff.
Google isn’t human, so it doesn’t ALWAYS see the relevant connections
we do…but it does a far better job than does Bing or Yahoo.
The result is that when an advertiser targets on Bing/Yahoo
they have to be give those engines a LOT more human guidance about what is
relevant. Whereas Google does a decent enough job on its own.
Ideally, you want all the people who have the same intent to
find YOU, regardless of how they search. That’s where your 100 – 500 customers
will come from.
So that’s the simple version of the idea that started
everything…and of course the solution was the Traffic KickStart method.
And it works.
Even today we use KickStart to build traffic campaigns for
small clients on Bing…and many of them never need more traffic than that.
If ever we hit a ceiling on Bing’s traffic and the client
wants to go bigger, we move what’s working on Bing to Google and it works even
better there.
So you don’t really NEED a Google Adwords account to benefit
from Traffic KickStart. You can do it with Bing, Yahoo, or any other PPC
program.
Hopefully the technical explanation wasn’t TOO technical…but
I wanted you to appreciate why only a Computer Scientist with my kind of
background would have ever thought to use this technique.
You don’t need to understand HOW Traffic KickStart works to use
it…as long as you follow my easy step-by-step instructions to select your target
audience.
The only “skill” you need is being a human!
So, learn Traffic KickStart and start dominating the traffic
from Bing & Yahoo today:

BTW, when we hire, I look for people with no prior PPC
experience to do the targeting task for our clients…Since they typically think
with their BRAIN instead of trying to get into the computer’s brain like most
of the PPC geeks I know.
