that their male counterparts don’t.
they will have to work HARDER, make bigger sacrifices, and sell out their “womanhood”
And hey if
you’re willing to do it, more power to you.
But I think
life would be a lot easier for women if they didn’t constantly do battle with nature.
A woman always
finds herself in a position where she must choose between career and family.
Family is instinct.
Even very accomplished
men and women, if they don’t have family (children and partner), they feel

So she ends
up having to choose which is more important to her.
corporate world is merciless. Businesses ALWAYS want to maximize revenue and

have an employee, regardless, male or female, who will be productive year round
for the same price as an employee who will function at half-speed and need time
off…well you know who they’ll pick.
So the only
way for a woman to rise is to put her career first. Family be damned.
To find a
handful of women willing to make that sacrifice and work that hard… easy enough.
But to get
ALL of society to change?
To get all
women to put career ahead of family?
going to be a hard sell.
level the playing field EVER…and get to have it all, family and career?
