Boy…Do I have a fugk’d
up customer story for you.
It’s totally true and it’s
recent too. Just shows how LOW the people in this industry go.
But I’ll let you be
the judge of that.
Not long ago, we offered
a training program by YaghiLabs and I invited our subscribers the opportunity to learn.
program was not cheap, I decided to try something I’d never done before; a KIND GESTURE toward entrepreneurs who needed the training but were not be able to
make the payment in full.
Tentatively, I offered
the option to pay in 12 monthly instalments; making the training extremely
easy to afford.
However, I also made a
condition, at the threat of legal action…
That anyone who chose the
instalment option was responsible for the full price of the seat they occupied
for a year. I made it clear that they should NOT join if they could not make
After all, the empty
seat they leave behind, just like a half-eaten Kit Kat can’t be
resold to another student who might enrol after the learning program had
Many bought, all the
Within the first
month, we had our first wave of cancellation, despite the repeated warnings.
I set the lawyers upon
those who reneged on the legally binding agreement.
However, a few days
ago, I got the first “dispute claim” on Paypal.
This is essentially a “refund”
request, not just a mere partial payment or cancellation.
In the entire history
of this business, we’ve only received 3 merchant complaints…and we won them all.
But this particular cocksucker placed TWO charge-back claims!
The reason he gave was:
Of course, this is a
lie he must have told his bank.
For security reasons,
many banks will automatically refund a transaction if their customer claims they
don’t recognize a charge on their credit card statement. (a tip for future scammers!)
After which, the bank files
a claim with their insurance company to cover their loss. And since the bank’s insurance company wants to minimize their costs, they investigate further.
If the claim is found
to be illegitimate, they do not cover the refund and the bank is forced to
revoke their decision and recover the amount from the customer.
While one charge-back is
a small thing to pursue for a business like YaghiLabs when we do so much sales volume…
Paypal expected a response
to defend the transaction and the integrity of our business account.
So I looked up the
customer and recognized the guy…
I had previously accepted him as an
intern at YaghiLabs and expelled him soon after for his lack of commitment, excuses,
and compulsive lying.
I had to file evidence with Paypal that the product was delivered and the various disclosures that were made.
To my surprise…
In the member’s area, this
customer’s profile showed him logging in 16 times to review the training
material AND that he left questions asking for personalised guidance over the course
of two months.
Not the kind of behaviour
typical of a credit card thief.
Meaning, not only was
the transaction authorized by the customer himself…but I also had his photo appearing
next to his questions, as evidence that he was actively making use of the
What struck me,
however, was the audacity of such a scummy person…
Who not only took
advantage of my kindness, broke a promise, deprived deserving others of a seat
But someone who also stole my
expertise and time and lied to his bank to complete the fraud!
He must have known that I
would be able to identify him and could expose him…and yet he did all this without an
inkling of shame.
Well, I am no fool and
I learn from my mistakes.
In my new DIY Super
Traffic Machine program i’ve been talking about lately…I will be thinking twice about offering instalment
Especially that it is a bulky physical product that will cost our business unrecoverable money
to produce and ship.
But that’s a shame…
Because there’s a handful of people who don’t deserve to be lumped with the
cheats and liars prevalent in this industry.
If you’ve been through
the recent DIY Super Traffic Machine PDF I’ve been sharing with you this month…and
if you read it to the end, you noticed I’m quite the dick toward the second
half of the document.
And maybe you don’t deserve the harsh tone.
Now you know why.
Still, there’s a more
important reason than just protecting our business profits.
See, these small-time
fraudsters who exist all over this industry of ours, if ever given a break and
they finally figure out how to make money online…
They’re going to be
the scamming snake-oil salesman of the industry that we’ve all seen.
Their lack of morals
and values will give them the means to justify selling lies to unsuspecting
customers, taking their money, and not giving them anything of value in return.
As you can already
see, most of the gooroos in the industry who sell their “make money systems” and “make milllions overnight in your sleep” are merely the grown up version of the little thief this guy is.
They just figured out a
way to perfect their scam to line their pockets with LOTS of other people’s hard-earned
Little thieves … who grow
into big thieves.
Today they steal a few
hundred bucks of training…tomorrow they’ll be stealing milllions of your money.
I’ve done EVERYTHING I
can to scare them away from buying my DIY Super Traffic Machine.
Because it’s DANGEROUS in the wrong hands.
a proven and very powerful way to sell anything on the internet in huge volumes…
And it will work for BOTH
the good guy and the bad guy, in spite of my carefulness.
I only want the DIY
Super Traffic Machine to be used for GOOD though. I certainly am not interested in creating
the evil scammers of the future who i’ve been fighting like Batman.
Unfortunately, i have no way to identify evil-doers. So i leave it to your sense of decency.
If you’re an honest
person, I’d like to welcome you to take a look at the document and take no
offence with my harshness:
The Super Traffic Machine
is a beautiful DIY Kit that will sell anything for you and make you very
Use it for good, please!
Otherwise, if you know
yourself to be a little deceitful liar, cheat, or thief, please keep away. The program may help you plot some short-lived success…but the law will catch up with you and you’ll ultimately end up in jail.
